Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and accurately receive merchandise, matching bills of lading to purchase orders.
• Interpret orders to determine items to move, gather, or ship and maintain documentation.
• Move, sort, and identify materials from receiving to shipping per sequence.
• Prepare bills of lading and verify quantities, destinations, and routing.
• Trace lost shipments and initiate proof of delivery when needed.
• Weigh and count items to ensure conformance with company standards.
