Aerotek is hiring a Warehouse Assembly and Packing Associate in Dallas, TX. This full-time, first-shift role focuses on hands-on assembly, packing, and order prep in a fast-paced warehouse, with a contract-to-hire path and weekly pay options.

You will work with a small team, lift 50–60 pounds, follow safety and quality standards, and contribute to accurate, on-time shipments while growing within a supportive, employee-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse experience.
• 2–3 years of assembly experience.
• Experience packing products for shipment.
• Experience with material handling in a warehouse.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds safely.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Create and prepare boxes and packaging materials for outgoing orders.
• Pack finished products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Prepare orders for shipment from the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Handle materials and products throughout the warehouse in a safe and organized manner.
• Regularly lift and move items weighing 50–60 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in the warehouse.
• Follow all warehouse processes, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality goals.
