Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on mechanical assembly or related work.
• Technical school certificate or associate degree preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and use measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision mechanical assembly and disassembly of turbomachinery components and subassemblies per drawings and quality requirements.
• Prepare parts, fit, align, and install components for safe, accurate assembly.
• Use torque wrenches, measuring tools, lifting devices to complete work safely.
• Verify parts, tooling, and documentation are available and correct for production readiness.
• Conduct in-process inspection and document results per procedures.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve issues, shortages, or discrepancies with teams.
• Support testing, balancing, and safe handling of equipment per safety rules.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and other systems.
