Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Mason, OH is seeking a General Helper (Tote washer/BOD) to join the sanitation team on first shift (6am–2pm). You will perform general production and cleaning duties in a food manufacturing environment, following strict quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates are safety- and quality-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced team setting. Starting pay is $23.17 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation after 90

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in GMP/regulated industry is a plus.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, clean and maintain a sanitary work area.
• Perform janitorial duties in locker rooms, break rooms, restrooms and offices.
• Handle cleaning chemicals following procedures and ensure proper concentration.
• Support production/sanitation/office teams; participate in 5S and continuous improvement.
