Keystone Threaded Products, a family-owned manufacturer, seeks a Roll Threading Technician for first shift in Valley View, OH. You will set up and operate thread rolling equipment to meet set-up and piece-per-hour standards while maximizing uptime.

Prior roll threading experience is helpful but not required; mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic are essential. Optional second shift available, with daytime training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior roll threading experience is helpful but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and curiosity to learn are a must.
• Ability to read blueprints/engineering drawings and follow specs.
• Safety policies and quality standards must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thread rolling equipment to meet set-up and piece-per-hour standards.
• Maximize machine uptime and escalate issues promptly.
• Observe safety, quality, and productivity targets during operation.
• Record set-up data, production time, piece counts, downtime, and training in the ERP.
• Support 2‑Second Lean improvements and maintenance during downtime.
