Job summary

KROHNE INC in Beverly, MA is seeking a first shift Shipper/Receiver to join its Shipping and Receiving team. The role focuses on accurate packing, material handling, and timely shipping of goods to global destinations.

The successful candidate should have strong computer skills, ERP experience, and a proactive, get-it-done attitude. The job offers a family-operated, international environment with a full benefits program.

Qualifications

Preferred minimum of three years' experience in shipping and receiving for a manufacturer.
Experience with ERP systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspects and packages materials for shipment.
Operates all related material handling equipment, including forklifts, cranes, hand carts, etc.
Accurately records shipments and receipts into ERP database program.
Receives, inspects, distributes and stores all incoming goods/materials.
Generates commercial shipping and receiving documentation.
Picks and ships ship-from-stock materials.
Monitors and informs supervisor of shipping/receiving material requirements.
Helps maintain area by sweeping and cleaning floors regularly.
Supports Production Departments in times of shorthanded situations.
As needed, utilizes machining equipment to support manufacturing efforts.
Collects and moves completed orders from production to Shipping and Receiving as needed.
