Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking a full-time custodian for the Ionia Public Schools 1st shift. The position requires reliability, a positive attitude, and leadership experience, with hours 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday–Friday and one weekend per month.

Pay is $15.50 per hour, with potential for advancement. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and following GRBS processes while maintaining a safe, respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
• Customer service oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS Process.
• Have mindful communication with respect to all.
• Finish the job to the building map and shift.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash.
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned.
