Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift custodian for the Ionia Public Schools. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, 2:30pm–11:00pm, for 40 hours weekly.

You will vacuum, mop, dust, clean restrooms, remove trash, and follow GRBS processes to maintain a safe, clean school environment. Pay rate is $15.50 per hour. Applicants must be 18+, have valid ID, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience not required but willingness to follow GRBS processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash.
• Follow GRBS processes and maintain consistent, mindful communication with respect to all.
• Finish tasks according to the building map and shift requirements.
