Aerotek is seeking a Recycler for a contract role in Richfield, OH, starting at 6:00 a.m. The position involves sorting and processing recyclable materials, operating a baler and a densifier, and preparing bundles for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle cardboard and plastic, follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and work on highly repetitive tasks with attention to detail. This onsite first-shift role offers stable hours and access to standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sort recyclables and maintain quality standards.
• Experience with baler operation and material handling in a warehouse or plant setting.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort and separate recyclables according to categories and quality standards.
• Operate baler machines to compress cardboard and plastic safely and efficiently.
• Operate densifier equipment per guidelines and maintain equipment safety.
• Move and bundle materials for shipment with proper labeling and organization.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area throughout shift.
• Follow all safety instructions and equipment operating procedures.
• Perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy to meet targets.
• Inspect materials for contamination and remove non-recyclables as needed.
