Job summary

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to read and follow instructions, and capable of working both independently and with a team in a manufacturing setting. Steel-toe shoes may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship
• Verify products meet company quality standards and specifications
• Identify and report defects or non-conforming materials
• Perform visual inspections throughout the production process
• Complete required quality documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines
• Work closely with production teams to maintain product quality
