Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year QA experience or 6 months at Wayne-Sanderson Farms.
• Ability to perform intermediate math and use computers.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal English.
• Must follow safety and quality policies.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Production & QA teams to ensure proper product handling and fix deficiencies.
• Monitor lines and paperwork to ensure product specification compliance.
• Verify and enforce GMPs.
• Verify labels, lot codes, bags, boxes and pallets are correct.
• Assist in receiving raw materials and report nonconforming materials.
• Assist production with quality problems to find solutions.
• Ensure microbiological swabs are performed at correct times and positions.
• Follow all quality and safety policies and procedures.
• Work in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• All other duties as assigned.
