Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs activities of the production department.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, food safety, and fair employment practices.
• Supervises daily activities to meet production and quality standards.
• Schedules, trains, and motivates production labor force.
• Recommends improvements in production flow and methods.
