Job summary

Twin City Fan & Blower is seeking a production-oriented team member in Brookings, SD to support training, quality control, and continuous improvement throughout the department. This role emphasizes safety, housekeeping, and reliable production flow.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred; ability to read and interpret documents and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training plans and cross training to ensure 100% coverage.
• Ensure quality checks and paperwork are complete before product leaves the department.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Maintains a clean working environment and adheres to 5S and visual factory standards.
• Communicate daily with Value Stream Leaders and coordinate with maintenance.
