Qualifications

• Basic math and numerical accuracy for production reporting.
• Ability to record production information clearly and promptly.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork within a fast-paced production area.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Commitment to working safely and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general production labor throughout the plant.
• Inspect products and remove defects or foreign materials.
• Prepare raw materials for production.
• Assist with production processes, including filling containers and operating equipment.
• Perform container inspections and fill level checks.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain housekeeping.
• Learn operation of production equipment and safely stop as needed.
• Assist with loading/unloading kettles and other production tasks.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack when trained.
• Report safety or equipment concerns promptly.
• Follow food safety, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, quality and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties to support production operations.
