Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking door line assemblers for our Butler, Indiana facility on the first shift. Pay is $17 per hour, with a Monday through Thursday schedule from 6:00am to 4:30pm.

This is a full-time, on-site production role in a fast-paced environment focused on quality and efficiency. As a production associate you will assemble swing doors using hand and power tools, follow work instructions, and inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Lift, bend, stretch and stand for extended periods.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Team environment and collaboration.
• Previous assembly/manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble swing doors using provided materials and components.
• Use hand tools and power tools to fasten, align and secure door parts.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints or diagrams.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Measure materials and verify proper fit and alignment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with moving materials and finished products as needed.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

Position Summary As a production associate you will be responsible for assembling storage unit swing doors using hand tools and basic machinery. This role requires attention to detail physical stamina and the ability to follow instructions to ensure quality products are built to specification.
