Job summary

Cardinal Staffing is partnering with a Brooklyn, MI produce warehouse to fill 1st shift roles. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and may include overtime or Saturdays during peak season. Team oriented, fast-paced, and clean environment with opportunities for hire-in growth.

Position requires attention to detail, ability to stand 8–9 hours, and lift up to 40 pounds. Benefits available upon hire include health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Able to stand 8-9 hours daily.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Comfortable in a team oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort produce and inspect for quality.
• Package produce in a clean, organized workspace.
• Maintain accurate breakage and lot integrity.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards.
