Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for Sanitation Associates at a clean, modern produce distribution warehouse in Brooklyn, MI. The role is on 2nd shift (4:30 pm–1:30 am), Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday overtime, starting pay $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform 8–10 hour shifts.
• Temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
• Available for seasonal overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, and workstations to meet food safety standards
• Follow GMP and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and compliant facility
• Remove waste, debris, and packaging materials from production areas
• Restock sanitation supplies and maintain organized cleaning stations
• Support the production team by ensuring a clean and safe work environment
• Perform routine sanitation checks throughout the shift
