Responsibilities

• Lead quality event management to quickly resolve excursions and contain faulty material.
• Develop and execute plans for out-of-control or out-of-spec lots; drive OOC/OOS dispositions.
• Own statistical factory control and improve inline process stability and yields.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times and improve equipment/process startups.
• Contribute to training and development of technicians; create useful reports and tools.
