Job summary

Unique Industries is seeking a Printer for 1st shift (7A–3P) in Montoursville, PA to operate a Soma Board Printing press and produce prints that meet quality standards. You will prepare the press, mount stock, adjust inks and pressure, and ensure proper alignment to maintain production flow.

No printing experience is required as training is provided; candidates should be able to perform basic math, follow instructions, and communicate effectively with teammates to meet goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Printing experience not required—will train.
• Prior machine operation experience required.
• Prior manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the press for scheduled runs.
• Mount raw plate, napkin, or label stock to the press.
• Determine ink formulation and transfer to printing stations.
• Make pressure adjustments for printing cylinders to achieve the required print.
• Ensure correct web alignment.
• Make necessary adjustments during the run.
• Remove finished roll from rewind stand after the run.
