Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a PCB Through-Hole Soldering Specialist to perform through-hole soldering and precision wiring under a microscope, assemble electronic components, connectors, hardware and subassemblies, and operate assembly tools and fixtures.

You will read and execute work instructions and blueprints, measure and log data as required, uphold quality standards, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while contributing to team objectives on the first shift (6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Microscope experience and blueprint literacy are advantageous.
• Excellent manual dexterity and precise visual attention.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Through-hole soldering and precision wiring under a microscope.
• Assembly of electronic components, connectors, hardware, and subassemblies.
• Operation of assembly tools, fixtures, and machinery.
• Inspection, cleaning, touch-up, and rework to meet specifications.
• Reading and executing to work instructions, blueprints, and production documents.
• Measuring and logging product data when required.
• Upholding quality standards and achieving daily output goals.
• Maintaining orderly, safe workspaces and following all procedures.
• Contributing to training efforts and team objectives.
