Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of powder coating or qualifying experience.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
• High attention to detail with dependable work ethic and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the department Lead or Supervisor to assist with daily shop operations.
• Apply powder coatings to achieve required mil ranges per powder or customer specifications.
• Clean, maintain, and care for powder coating guns and related equipment.
• Continually maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly follow all shop safety procedures.
• Perform other related shop duties as assigned.
