Job summary

Valence in Massachusetts seeks a production associate to inspect parts before, during, and after processing. You will competently operate required machinery, follow ROUTER procedures, and maintain a clean, safe work area. The role supports trained operators and requires ability to read process travelers and lift up to 50 lbs.

Access to QA documentation in the Valence system is essential. Applicants should be able to perform tasks under supervision and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand process travelers and complete operations.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and using basic hand tools.
• Follow verbal and written directions and work under supervision.
• Provide assistance as a helper to trained operators.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the part before, during, and after processing.
• Operate machinery and instruments required for the job function; routine maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Able to locate and understand quality system documentation in Valence system.
• Follow Valence ROUTER procedures and correct input of routers; report issues.
• Process parts with minimal supervision while protecting parts from damage.
