Job summary

Positronic Industries, Inc. seeks a Parts Finisher ABC to clean and dry metal parts using a Durr Echo Cleaning System and centrifuges. You will monitor solution levels, count parts, and maintain clean workstations in a loud production environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–3 months of related experience, with training to advance in the ABC program. You’ll work first shift with PPE, safety, and quality standards guiding daily tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate centrifuges and the Durr Echo Cleaning System to clean and dry parts.
• Monitor cleaning solution levels and maintain correct mixture consistency.
• Accurately count parts for inventory and quality tracking.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, machinery, and floors.
• Handle metal parts safely and efficiently using PPE.
• Uphold Positronic's standards of integrity, quality, and operational excellence.
• Identify hazards and report them to management/safety coordinator.
• Collaborate with EHS to meet OSHA/NFPA/DNR/EPA requirements and sustainability practices.
• Work with Quality to ensure AS9100 standards.
• Comply with all policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary

Parts Finisher ABC is responsible for cleaning metal parts using specialized equipment and solutions to support production and recycling efforts. This role ensures safe, efficient handling of parts, solution maintenance, and work area cleanliness while contributing to overall production flow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate centrifuges and the Durr Echo Cleaning System to clean and dry parts.
• Monitor cleaning solution levels and maintain correct mixture consistency.
• Accurately count parts for inventory and quality tracking.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, machinery, and floors.
• Handle metal parts safely and efficiently using appropriate PPE.
• Uphold Positronic's standards of integrity, quality, and operational excellence.
• Identify hazards in the workplace and report them to management and/or the safety coordinator.
• Collaborate with the EHS department to meet local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, including OSHA, NFPA, DNR, EPA, and Amphenol sustainability practices.
• Work with the Quality department to ensure compliance with AS9100 certification standards.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical

Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching overhead. May lift up to 50 pounds frequently. Frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a production environment with constant exposure to loud noise, and equipment. Frequently exposed to high vehicle traffic areas and cleaning chemicals. PPE such as safety glasses and gloves are required as necessary.

First Shift (Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm)
