Job summary

Voyant Beauty in Indiana is seeking a production worker under the supervision of a Production supervisor to perform pallet processing, stacking and tagging, finish stacking of product, and complete required paperwork while maintaining quality.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and less than 1 year of experience; candidates should be able to bend, lift up to 45 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow GMP and safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Bending, stooping and twisting with up to 45 lb lifting requirements.
  • Ability to concentrate visually and listen attentively for extended periods.
  • Ability to stand, sit, lift and reach for an eight-hour shift.
  • Ability to grasp and manipulate packaging components such as sprayers, bottles and caps.
  • Adherence to Health & Safety and GMP regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Stack production according to pallet patterns and verify codes on boxes.
  • Place license plates on all production skids and perform line checks.
  • Clean production areas during downtime and conduct skid counts.
  • Move skids with pallet jack and assist in line changeovers.
  • Input batch information for finished goods tickets and record production.
  • Enter/edit skid tickets and TS information in the line computer when applicable.
  • Inspect finished line products for quality and legibility of case coding.
  • Perform conveyors and sealing machine clean-up and other duties as directed.
