Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and/or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced setting and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons and trays for packaging and assemble materials.
• Verify packaging materials are ready and properly labeled.
• Pack products into cartons and ensure correct case labeling.
• Conduct visual inspections for quality and food safety.
• Stack cartons onto pallets and use pallet jacks as needed.
• Follow safety, 5S, and sanitation procedures throughout shift.
• Assist with production line startups and changeovers.
• Perform other duties and work mandatory overtime as required.
