Job summary

Marketlab, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking a Packaging / Light Assembly (Manufacturing Associate I) to join the wound care manufacturing team on first shift. You will execute packaging tasks, verify labels and counts, maintain a clean and safe workstation, and assist in preparing materials to support smooth production flow while following all safety and quality guidelines.

A high school diploma or GED is required; previous packing/warehouse experience is preferred, and the role

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging tasks according to established procedures and production schedules.
• Verify product labels, counts, and packaging configurations for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Assist in preparing materials and supplies to support production flow.
• Report any product defects, safety concerns, or process issues.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operating guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
