Job summary

Merchology in Plymouth, MN seeks a Light Industrial Associate to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will assist with picking, shipping & receiving, inventory management, packaging and preparing product for shipment, and quality control.

You will help maintain a safe, clean workspace, follow kit instructions, unpack for decoration, move orders, and support multiple stations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or production environment preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow kitting instructions accurately.
• Unpack and prep product for decoration.
• Review product and work for quality issues.
• Move orders to the next station in a timely manner.
• Efficiently support at assigned work stations.
• Sort product and packages.
• Accurately pick customer orders and record usage.
• Receive inventory using Merchology’s processes and ERP systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and warehouse.
• Assist with all other tasks as needed.
