Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Packaging/Labeling Technician I for first shift in Mount Prospect, IL. The role focuses on accurate packaging, labeling, and handling of clinical supplies in compliance with regulatory standards.

You will perform manual or automated filling, count components, and maintain quality and productivity while following GMP procedures and PPE guidelines. The position is fully onsite with a 40-hour workweek and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to read batch documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging and labeling activities per procedures.
• Count and reconcile packaging components.
• Ensure GMP/SOP/safety compliance in all tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Operate in cold environments as required and meet PPE standards.
