RTX seeks an Operator to join a high-performing Operations and Sustainment team embedded on‑site, with customer presence, for a system considered mission critical by the government. The team is responsible for successful 24x7 operations of the system, providing detailed assistance to additional parts of the system.
The position is a weekday first shift (6:00 am – 2:00 pm) with one 12‑hour weekend shift approximately every five weeks after initial training. After each weekend shift, the employee may select three days off of their choosing the following week.
The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD. RTX considers factors such as role, function, associated responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills when extending an offer.
