Job summary

ID Logistics in Joliet, IL is seeking a Warehouse Operator to load, unload, and move products using powered industrial equipment on a first shift (6:00am–2:30pm). You will inspect equipment daily and follow OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe, efficient operation.

Starting rate is $19.50 per hour. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience, ability to obtain equipment certifications, and strict adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA certificates).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered industrial equipment.
• Inspect and maintain equipment daily and follow OSHA safety standards.
• Unload inbound shipments and move products to storage locations.
• Prepare products for shipment and ensure correct counts and types are loaded.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts.
