Job summary

GNS North America in Canton, MI, is seeking Production Operators for hot stamp, welding, and laser operations. The role requires strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a high-temperature, high-humidity plant environment.

Shift is 2nd, Monday–Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed. Compensation includes $19.78 per hour base plus a $1.00 shift premium, plus benefits and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hot Stamp Operator tasks: set‑up, start, monitor, and record data.
• Perform Welding Operator duties: layout, tack, weld, and inspect joined parts.
• Run Laser Operator cell per job target, maintain clean cell and follow 5S practices.
• Maintain a safe, organized workstation and report hazards to supervisor.
