Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a dependable Manufacturing Support Associate to organize, maintain and restock weld parts bins in a first-shift production setting. This full-time on-site role supports smooth welding operations and accurate parts flow.

You will operate a forklift, read pull sheets, and collaborate with weld and press brake teams to ensure parts are available for daily production, while maintaining safe, efficient work practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated dependability/good attendance.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Minimum 1-3 years of applicable manufacturing work experience.
• Ability to operate forklift and overhead hoist in a safe and orderly manner.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly and bend, squat, walk or stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Changing out bins and parts at the weld cells.
• Keeping bins organized in the bin racks.
• Coordinate with Press Brake operators to supply the right parts for the day's production.
• Read pull sheets to ensure all parts are present.
