Responsibilities

• Pick parts and materials from stockroom or warehouse based on production needs and work orders.
• Deliver and transport parts to designated production areas in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper material and inventory flow to prevent shortages and delays.
• Monitor material levels and replenish production areas as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of picked materials (part numbers, descriptions, quantities).
• Receive, store, organize, package, and distribute materials as required.
• Locate parts using packets, locator files, sales orders, and inventory records.
• Issue or deliver materials to production and communicate shortages or discrepancies.
• Load and unload company vehicles as required.
• Prepare and package materials for shipment.
• Complete and maintain stockroom, inventory, shipping, and receiving records.
• Assist with physical inventory activities.
• Follow procedures for receiving, storage, handling, and shipment of hazardous materials.
• Retrieve certifications from company systems when required.
• Drive company vehicles to make pickups and deliveries when required.
• Work independently and provide assistance at remote storage facilities.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized work environment.
• Communicate material needs with team leaders and other departments.
• Follow all company policies and safety requirements.
