Responsibilities

• Lead daily pre-shift meetings on safety, quality, HR, and production goals.
• Assimilate and train new team members.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE are used.
• Collaborate to generate continuous improvement ideas.
• Escalate production issues to the Group Leader.
• Maintain KPIs and standard work; use SAP.
