Job summary

AtWork Personnel in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the first shift. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, and help keep production running safely and efficiently in a modern facility.

Ideal candidates have hands-on skills with motors, pumps, conveyors, and related systems, with a strong safety mindset and the ability to work well in a team or independently as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance is preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Maintain and repair motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, and other mechanical systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and minimize production downtime.
• Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
