Job summary

Rich Products Corporation in Morristown, TN is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for 1st shift to maintain and repair plant equipment. You will diagnose failures, tune equipment using P&IDs and electrical/PLC knowledge, and work within GMP and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years experience in food processing with troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal; able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses maintenance failures.
• Uses drawings, P&ID’s and manuals to tune equipment; applies electrical and logic principles to solve problems.
• Maintains work area in GMP and Safety guidelines; ensures proper machine operation and adjustments.
• Trains Associates and team members on maintenance skills; collaborates with production as needed.
