Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Mail Sorting Warehouse Associates for a first-shift warehouse opportunity in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role involves sorting mail by ZIP code, loading automated sorting equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

This physically demanding position requires standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, and working a six-day schedule (Mon–Sat, 7:00 AM–5:45 PM) with Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/mail sorting experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to perform repetitive bending, twisting, reaching and lifting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Willing to learn automated sorting procedures.
• Follow ZIP code and route sorting instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Sort incoming mail according to ZIP codes and routes.
• Load mail onto automated sorting machines to support operations.
• Monitor mail flow and maintain sorting accuracy and productivity.
• Move mail containers and pallets using pallet jacks.
• Organize sorted mail and prepare for processing or distribution.
• Verify mail placed in designated areas and report issues.
