Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Machine Operator for the US-NJ-Carteret location. The role runs 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM on the first shift, focusing on efficient operation of analytical instrumentation equipment in a manufacturing setting.

The successful candidate will perform pre-start checks, operate and monitor machines, conduct quality checks, and assist with maintenance and documentation while adhering to MSI standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills including Excel.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures and calibrated equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment to ensure quality production.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines within the workstation.
• Document production logs accurately and communicate issues to maintenance.
