Inova Staffing is hiring Machine Operators / Packers for a client located in Mentor, Ohio. This first-shift manufacturing role features a 4-day workweek and a starting pay of $16+ per hour based on experience. You will load, monitor, and pack tubes, ensuring quality while adhering to safety procedures.

The position emphasizes reliability, speed, and attention to detail in a production setting, with overtime available on Fridays and a steady Monday-Thursday schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and work throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Enjoy a 4-day workweek and have overtime on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Load empty tubes into the production machine.
• Monitor the machine as it fills the tubes with product.
• Remove completed tubes from the machine.
• Inspect and pack finished products.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Assist with other production and packaging duties as needed.
