Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a leading packaging manufacturer in Haverhill, MA to hire a Machine Operator. This hands-on role offers a stable first shift (6:00 AM–3:30 PM) with training provided.

The position is contract-to-hire and emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and quality in a growing production team. Ideal candidates have manufacturing or production experience and are comfortable learning new processes.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to established procedures.
• Set up machinery for production runs.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine quality inspections throughout production.
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and operating procedures.
• Complete production and quality-related documentation accurately.
• Assist with product changeovers and material handling as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to achieve daily goals.
