The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and reliable communication to meet daily production targets and maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years prior machine operating experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (email, OS).
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to perform arithmetic involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and oversee production equipment.
• Configure and run machinery; load materials and monitor performance.
• Inspect finished products; perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate with supervisors to keep production on track.
• Document concerns and help ensure deadlines are met with attention to safety.
