Job summary

MSI Express, Inc is seeking a full-time Machine Operator in North Chicago, Illinois. You will monitor and operate warehouse machinery to meet production targets, verify quality specs, and respond to equipment issues promptly.

The role requires basic maintenance, line setup assistance, material stocking, and strict adherence to safety procedures. Starting pay is $19.00–$20.00 per hour with benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) matching. First shift 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate line equipment and basic computer systems for line operation.
• Must follow safety procedures and OSHA/MSDS standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate warehouse machinery to meet production targets.
• Ensure all materials and parts match specifications before use.
• Perform basic maintenance and assist in line setup and cleanup.
• Report equipment malfunctions and adhere to safety practices.
