Masterson Staffing is seeking a 1st Shift Assistant Machine Operator in Wisconsin. The role involves setting up and operating machinery, performing quality checks, and assisting the machine operator to keep production efficient and on schedule.

You will inspect tooling, minimize waste, follow safety procedures, and communicate clearly with team members and customers to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Set up equipment accurately and in accordance with proper and safe setup techniques.
• Inspect tooling before and after run to ensure repairs are made before next run.
• Minimize material sheet, ink and adhesive waste.
• Assist Machine Operator in operating machines to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Submit maintenance work orders for repairs.
• Complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups.
• Provide recommendations to optimize schedule for cost, quality and service.

Responsabilités

• Perform continuous quality control by sampling material sizes, scoring, and folding.
• Follow all company policies and safe work habits.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
