Job summary

Village Green Health and Rehabilitation in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. We provide care from short-term rehab to long-term care with competitive wages and a supportive environment.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the LPN will plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, supervise aides, administer medications, and develop care plans to meet residents\' needs.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted LPN license is required.
• Experience providing nursing care to residents in long-term or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and coordinate unit-based nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care/services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants and other staff.
• Coordinate nursing care on the unit ensuring staff can provide appropriate care.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to residents.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders accurately.
• Perform nursing assessments and notify physician of changes in status.
