Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Logistics Associate in Eagan, MN to support warehouse operations including picking, repack, shipping and receiving. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

The position is a 3-month contract-to-hire with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (or finished). It offers first shift hours and a collaborative, inclusive team environment with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/Distribution Center experience required or preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, repack, shipping and receiving tasks.
• Operate pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts.
• Build pallets and prepare shipments for dispatch.
• Stock and replenish inventory as needed.
• Assist with general maintenance and cycle counting activities.
