Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a reliable Loader to join our team. This role loads and unloads merchandise safely and efficiently, preparing items for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will verify product counts, inspect items for damage, secure loads with straps, and operate pallet jacks or forklifts as needed, while keeping the loading area organized and safe. A high school diploma is required; 0–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of loading techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in warehouse or loading operations preferred (0-2 years).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise from trailers, trucks, or pallets.
• Verify product counts and inspect items for damage before loading.
• Secure loads using straps, shrink wrap, or other safety measures.
• Operate manual or powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized loading area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
