Job summary

The HEICO Companies, LLC is seeking a 1st shift production supervisor to lead High Precision CNC Machinists and Finishing Technicians. You’ll drive on-time delivery, mentor staff, and ensure safety, quality, and 5S adherence in a lean aerospace/defense environment at our Exeter, NH facility.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, experience with CNC and brazing concepts, and a track record of cost reductions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering/manufacturing leadership in a complex setting.
• Bachelors or Associates degree in a science major preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and machining; brazing tech a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1st shift CNC machining and finishing teams to ensure on-time delivery of quality parts.
• Coach and supervise staff; enforce safety, quality and 5S practices.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate work; manage payroll and performance evaluations.
• Drive lean daily management; communicate issues to maintenance and quality teams.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
