Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a production team in an assembly cell involving electronic and mechanical assembly, PCB assembly testing, and box build.
• Execute special projects assigned by the Production Supervisor and Production Manager.
• Enforce quality and safety regulations in line with company standards.
• Fill in for absent or on-vacation employees.
• Notify management of equipment issues, machine downtime, or production problems.
