Job summary

Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to lead cleaning staff and ensure the client premises meet the company’s high standards. You will coordinate schedules and monitor performance in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 3–5 years in janitorial/facilities, and strong communication. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred to serve diverse clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three to five years related experience and/or training in janitorial/facilities.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and delegate schedules to ensure coverage.
• Evaluate performance and assist with hands-on tasks when needed.
• Identify problems and recommend improvements to management.
• Report issues to Operations Manager/Coordinator.
• Address customer concerns and update job/work orders.
• Track purchasing activities and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Provide on-the-job training for staff.
• Support training and information distribution to staff and customers.
• Perform duties in line with company policies and laws.
