Job summary

Premier Pan in Glenwillard, PA is hiring for Janitorial Maintenance on the first shift (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM). The role covers cleaning, basic maintenance, assembling/disassembling equipment, and following safety procedures.

The position offers an $500 sign-on bonus and an hourly wage of $18. The ideal candidate has maintenance experience, can work independently, and pays close attention to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Candidate must work independently and follow directions.
• Must manage time effectively.
• Floor Technician experience is preferred.
• Maintenance experience is required.
• Attention to safety standards and use of protective gear.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated building areas including sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and electrical repairs; carpentry and drywall work.
• Assemble, disassemble, and install equipment.
• Maintain and store building equipment; inspect safety and electrical systems.
• Carry out outdoor tasks like weeding, mowing, and ice removal.
• Notify management of deficiencies and repairs needs.
• Stock and manage supply rooms.
• Follow health and safety regulations; drive the company vehicle for errands when needed.
